Professional Manager Code of Ethics
Community Associations Institute (CAI) has created a Professional Manager Code of Ethics at the national level for its manager and management company members who hold designations because it holds ethical behavior and professional integrity in the highest regard.
CAI National has created a reporting and disciplinary procedure to handle breach of ethics situations.
If you feel that a manager's or management company's ethics have been compromised and you have strong supporting evidence, please download the documents at the right to learn more about the procedure. Please be aware that, since this is taken very seriously and may define a manager's career or affect a management company's business, the infraction(s) should be based on factual evidence rather than emotional bias.
Ethical matters are handled at the National level and not at the local chapter level.
Please contact Anne Marie Johnson, Director of Education Operations and Credentialing, at email@example.com with questions and to transmit your complaint.
