Position: Portfolio Manager

We are looking for an experienced HOA property manager to come join our team.
DESCRIPTION: Seeking an experienced HOA Portfolio Manager with experience/knowledge of how HOA's operate on a daily basis and who can oversee the general maintenance of all common areas, respond to inquiries and requests from board members and homeowners in a timely manner. Managers obtain & review proposals, and review contracts prior to submitting to the Board. Independent judgment and discretion must be used when advising board members and vendors.
Managers must ensure all civil code requirements are met and must review the HOA's Governing Documents. Take daily homeowner/board calls and determine appropriate action. Create Board Packets for meetings when needed. Responsible for all Board meeting follow-up, meeting notes, minutes and correspondence. Conduct on-site inspections and document items for follow up (maintenance and violations). Provide written report to the Board after property inspections and address homeowner violations
QUALIFICATIONS: Professional manner, demonstrate excellent communication, oral, computer, written and listening skills. Ability to read and understand financial statements, Governing Documents and Reserve Studies and able to explain to clients. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management while working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment. Must be a self-starter and be able to prioritize. Must be able to work independently. Some attendance required at nightly Board meetings and occasional weekend events. Must have valid driver's license and state mandated vehicle insurance. Certifications preferred.
