Position: Portfolio Manager

Job Description:

Coast Management of California is seeking an HOA portfolio manager to manage a small group of associations in Los Angeles County and Ventura County. You must have at least two years of experience. You will work from home until the pandemic is under control and subsequently, part-time from home and part-time in Agoura Hills.

Job Requirements:

We will assist you with continuing education and acquiring professional designations. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week which will include some evening meetings by Zoom and later in person.

You must have excellent computer skills, good verbal and written communication skills, live within 20 miles of Agoura Hills, and be a non-smoker.
