Position: Portfolio Manager

Job Description:

We are a growing Property Management office in Arcadia looking for a manager to handle a portfolio of both Community Associations and Income Properties within the San Gabriel Valley. 

Job Requirements:

Individual must be familiar with Civil Code and Association legal documents for Community Associations and 3 days notices, Notice of Entry and tenant laws for Income Properties.

Be able to handle a high volume of phone calls and emails from multiple sources and able to prioritize work. 

Review monthly financial statements and report delinquencies and budget variances to the Board of Directors

Prepare board meeting packages and attend meetings as required

Coordinate common area maintenance repairs with independent contractors 

Visual property inspections as needed

Prepare proposed annual budget for board consideration and approval

On call 1 week per month for after hour and weekend emergency calls

Maintain association files both electronically and paper

Maintain association records including asset records for Reserve Studies

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel 

Certification is a bonus

Employment Status: Full Time
Salary: 50,000.00 plus
Location: Arcadia
