What to expect at our luncheons

As a Table Host Sponsor, your company hosts a table of 10 at one of our CAI-GLAC luncheon/breakfast events and covers the cost of the manager seats at that table. It’s a simple way to connect with managers and support their participation.

What’s included

One hosted table of 10
Manager seats sponsored by your company
Your company name and logo displayed at the table
Your company name listed on sponsored manager badges

Already have guests confirmed?

You can:

Email the chapter office with your guest names, or
Log into the InfoHub and update your registration directly

Either option works.

How manager sponsorship works

Managers request sponsored attendance through our system.
Managers do not contact sponsors directly.
Requests vary by event and are based on manager submissions.

Selecting your managers

When available, you’ll receive a list of managers who requested sponsorship.
You choose which managers you’d like to host.
Selections are handled first come, first served based on sponsor response timing.

Once you share your selections, we handle the rest.

Confirmation and seating

Managers are contacted directly to confirm attendance.
Seating is assigned once confirmations are complete.
You’ll receive a final list of your table guests with names and emails.

Event day

Your table is labeled with your company name and logo.
Sponsored managers see your company name and table number on their badge.
Everything is set so you can focus on conversations, not logistics.

Important to know

Manager request lists are shared as a courtesy and depend on managers proactively submitting requests. When a list is available, it may also be shared with other Table Host Sponsors. Availability can change from event to event.
