2026 Member Appreciation Beach Day

On Saturday, August 8th, CAI-GLAC hosted its very first Member Appreciation Beach Day at Dockweiler Beach, and it was exactly what summer in Los Angeles should feel like.

Members showed up with family and friends. We asked our guests to bring their own picnic. What happen next? Everyone showed up ready to feed all of the Los Angeles coast! Sandwiches, barbecue, snacks and drinks galore.

The beauty of this event was the simplicity. No sponsors, no badges, or set time to leave. It was chill. It was easy and it was everything a beach day should be.
