The Big News
PRINT DIRECTORY
Last week you received an email about ensuring that your online directory listing is up-to-date because we will use that information in the print directory.
Read the blog post about how to update your listing information. Update by February 18.
The Two Most Common Problems Encountered
Problem 1: You can’t login and when you try the password reset, you don’t receive an email.
Solution: The most likely reason is that you haven’t created an account on our new website yet. Your login from the old website doesn’t work. Click on “Member Login” at the top right of the website. On the login page, click on the "Create One" link to create an account. Use the email where you received this newsletter as your user name and create a password.
If you tried to create an account and were told that your email was already in use, contact the Chapter Office and we will reset your password manually.
Problem 2: You can log into the InfoHub just fine but when you go to “My Directory Listing,” it is either blank or you can’t click on the edit buttons.
Solution: Contact the Chapter Office so that we can adjust your access level.
