Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) Scholarship Program

The CAI–Greater Los Angeles Chapter offers the PCAM Scholarship Program to support community manager members pursuing the PCAM designation. The scholarship provides partial reimbursement for eligible PMDP coursework.

Scholarship Benefit:

• Beginning in 2026, eligible applicants may receive a 25% rebate of the registration fee for each completed M-200 level online course.
• Reimbursement is issued after course completion, with proof of attendance and a passing grade.
• Courses used for recertification are not eligible.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• • Be a CAI‑GLAC Manager Member in good standing
  • Have passed M‑100 or hold an active CMCA.
  • Have at least one year of community association management experience.
  • Be currently employed as a community association manager.
  • Have attended two CAI‑GLAC educational events within the past 12 months. (How to view / download your CEUs)

Application

• Application form must be completed in its entirety and accompanied by proof of successful completion with passing grade and receipt of amount paid for the course.
• All application materials are to be submitted to the Education Committee via the Chapter Office at: memberservices@cai-glac.org
