Event Details:
Date: Monday, June 15, 2026
Location: Porter Valley Country Club - 19216 Singing Hills Dr., Northridge 91326
Hole theme: A prize will be given for the best-decorated tee!
It is important for you to check in at registration before unloading! (6:00am)
At check-In, we will have your name badge, drink tickets, raffle tickets, golfer line-up and a detailed map.
Set Up: At the tee box, there will be a 6ft table with 2 chairs.
Please bring the following:
- A popup tent for shade- and weight in case the wind comes up.
- An ice chest filled with ice. The Club will replenish later in the day.
- A generator if you need electricity.
- A light jacket because it may be chilly in the morning.
Lunch:
Lunch - Served at the end of Hole 18 between 11am-1:00pm (Volunteers will be delivering Tee Sponsors their lunch order).
Restrooms:
Restrooms are located at hole #6 and #13. Communication with staff and volunteers will be through the WhatsApp group. Please provide enough notice so we can arrange the bathroom break when you need it.
Timeline
- 6:00 am – Sponsor Check-In at Registration
- 6:30 am – Breakfast and Bloody Mary Bar are adjacent to Registration
- 8:00 am – Shotgun Start for golfers.
- Lunch - Served at the end of Hole 18 between 11am-1:00pm - (Volunteers will be delivering Tee Sponsors their lunch order. Fill out the Food Order Form).
- 1:45 pm (Estimated Time)– People start coming off the course
- 2:00 pm - “19th Hole” Bar opens on the Clubhouse Terrace. 2 drink tickets. Cash bar after.
- 4:00 pm – Banquet, awards, and door prize drawings
** We will give you a list of foursomes so you can check them off and tell when the last foursome has arrived at your hole. We ask that you do not pack up early as it is not fair to those still playing.**
Communication:
