Exhibitor Details

DOWNLOAD & PRINT - General Exhibitor Information

Plan to arrive any time after 10 a.m. to set up.

Display spaces are first-come, first served.
We supply a 6-ft table
We supply a tablecloth.
All displays must go on TOP of your 6-foot table.
Please be mindful of placing retractable backgrounds too high due to the overhang.

Raffle Prize:

We would appreciate your bringing a raffle prize valued at no more than $50 (gift card or basket) for a visitor to win at your table.
Please also bring a bowl to collect business cards from the managers and HOA board members who will be visiting you.
Chapter staff will be going to each table during the educational presentation to select your winner and post the winner at your table.
We then encourage everyone to circle around the tables again after the luncheon to see if they have won something. If the winner does not come by, please feel free to deliver it to their office personally.

Here's everything you need to set up.

The Essentials

✓ One 6-ft table per exhibitor

✓ All displays fit ON TOP of your table (no floor setups)

✓ Skip tall backdrops (ceiling overhangs are real)

✓ Tablecloths available upon request (or bring your own)

- What sets you apart from competitors

Connection Essentials

- Plenty of business cards
- A way to collect leads (bowl for cards)

🎁 Raffle Strategy

The raffle is your conversation starter. Here's how it works:

1. Collect business cards in your bowl during the event
2. Andrea will draw a winner during the educational presentation
3. We'll post the winner at your table and send everyone back to see prizes
4. If the winner doesn't show up after the event, mail or deliver the prize to their office

Important: Stay Through the End⏰

Please don't pack up or leave before the program ends. Attendees often make their rounds at the very end, and leaving early sends the wrong message. Plus, you might miss your best lead of the day! We appreciate your commitment to making this event great for everyone.

Table Host

Table Host Sponsorship

As a Table Host Sponsor, your company hosts a table of 10 at one of our CAI-GLAC luncheon/breakfast events and covers the cost of the manager seats at that table. It’s a simple way to connect with managers and support their participation.

What’s included

One hosted table of 10
Manager seats sponsored by your company
Your company name and logo displayed at the table
Your company name listed on sponsored manager badges

Already have guests confirmed?

You can:

Email the chapter office with your guest names, or
Log into the InfoHub and update your registration directly

Either option works.

How manager sponsorship works

Manager Members request sponsored attendance through our system.
Manager Members do not contact sponsors directly.
Requests vary by event and are based on manager member submissions.

Selecting your managers

When available, you’ll receive a list of manager members who requested sponsorship.
You choose which managers you’d like to host.
Selections are handled first come, first served based on sponsor response timing.

Once you share your selections, we handle the rest.

Confirmation and seating

Managers are contacted directly to confirm attendance.
Seating is assigned once confirmations are complete.
You’ll receive a final list of your table guests with names and emails.

Event day

Your table is labeled with your company name and logo.
Sponsored managers see your company name and table number on their badge.
Everything is set so you can focus on conversations, not logistics.

Important to know

Manager request lists are shared as a courtesy and depend on managers proactively submitting requests. When a list is available, it may also be shared with other Table Host Sponsors. Availability can change from event to event.

Title Sponsor

We will change the title of the event to include your company name: “Luncheon Trade Show sponsored by Company Name” on the event page, promotional emails, and signage. Includes Standard 6’ Exhibitor Table (value $740) and 2 attendees.

Bag Sponsor

Sponsor provides branded bags and can hand them out from a table in the registration area. Company logo listed in event page, promotional mails, and on signage. 1 attendee ticket included.
